What we collect

What we need to run your account: contact details for the people we deal with, and the operational data the warehouse produces — orders, stock movements, returns, and the video recorded at the packing and inspection benches.

Storage and security

Data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR. Video evidence is retained to a fixed schedule — 90 days unless we have agreed something different with you — and access is restricted to the people who need it.

Staff footage

Our benches record the parcel and the work, not the person. Staff are told before any monitoring begins, cameras are framed on the bench, and no audio is recorded.

Sharing and your data

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with partners needed to deliver the service, such as carriers. Your stock data and history remain yours, and you can export them at any time — including on the way out.
