Built in-house

The warehouse system is written by our own software team, in this warehouse, on real stock. We ran on somebody else's for years — that is why we wrote our own.

What it produces

Built in-house, as you see it.

Every stage of the warehouse now runs on software we wrote. The licensed system that used to sit underneath it is gone.

How it runs

Three steps, in order.

  1. We were the customer firstfuilfl. was a 3PL long before it was a software company, running a licensed warehouse system like everyone else and finding its edges daily.
  2. Returns came firstThe part the licensed system barely acknowledged was the part we wrote ourselves first. It worked, and it kept working.
  3. Then the rest of itGoods in, stock, picking, packing and despatch now run on our own software too, and the licensed system is gone.
What that includes

What that includes.

  • Written by our own software team
  • Built on this floor, against real orders
  • No licence fee priced into your rate card
  • Nothing in the stack we cannot change
  • Your data is yours and leaves with you
What we need from you
  • Nothing from you — this is how the warehouse already runs
What you get back
  • A system with nothing in it we cannot change
  • No vendor licence priced into your rate card
  • Your data exportable and yours
  • Fixes that do not wait on another company
The honest bit

Writing your own system means the bugs are also ours. What you get in exchange is that when something is wrong, there is nobody for us to blame and nobody we have to wait for.
