Pick & pack
Orders are picked by scan against a bin location, then packed at a bench with a camera running. The wrong item cannot be scanned into the right order without the system objecting.
Verified by barcode scan
Filmed every order
Label printed at the bench
Incomplete orders cannot be labelled
Pick & pack, as you see it.
The pack station as the order is built: camera running, each item scanned into the parcel, and the label held back until the last line is scanned.

Bench camera00:27Three steps, in order.
- Picked by bin, in batchesThe picker is sent to a bin, scans the barcode, and the system confirms it matches the order line. A mismatch stops there rather than at your customer.
- Packed on cameraAt the bench, each item is scanned into the parcel while the camera records. The scans are stamped onto the footage, so the video is searchable rather than something nobody will ever watch.
- Nothing short goes outThe label does not print until every line on the order has been scanned into the parcel. An item left on the bench is a blocked order, not a silent shortage.

Filming every order means a dispute has an answer — it does not mean we never make a mistake. What it changes is how quickly a mistake is found and who has to take it on trust.

Goods in
Stock arriving is where most discrepancies are created and where almost nobody looks.
Storage & stock
Stock sits in named bin locations, and the count updates as the floor works rather than when somebody remembers to reconcile.
Despatch & couriers
Labels are bought and printed at the bench as the parcel is sealed, and the tracking is written back to your store straight away rather than in an overnight batch.
Stock takes & moves
Counting does not need the warehouse to stop.
Find anything
Any SKU, bin, barcode, order number or tracking number, searched from the floor or from your desk, and answered in seconds rather than by somebody walking the aisles.
