The same screens the warehouse works in.
Picking, packing, inspection and your own dashboard are one system, not a portal bolted onto the side of one. Written in this warehouse by our own software team — which is why we can change it when your account needs something.
Picked, packed, charged.
The same job as it moves across the floor and onto your bill. The frame each screen sits in says which machine it runs on.

Illustrative screens and rates · your own rate card applies
Nothing in it we need permission to change.
Goods in, stock, picking, packing, despatch and returns all run on software written here. When an account needs the warehouse to work differently, that is a conversation about how long it takes.
It is also why there is no software licence priced into your rate card.
Every stage ours · no licence
Whatever you already run, we can connect to.
Your store, your returns portal, your carriers and the systems you already run your business on. Because the warehouse software is written here, the answer to “does it talk to X” is a timeline rather than a no.

On the floor
What the warehouse team actually touches.
Inspection bench
Where returns are opened on camera and graded. The same discipline as the pack bench, pointed the other way.
Phones on the floor
Picking, moves, stock takes and search all run from a phone in the picker's hand. No paper lists, no going back to a terminal to find out where something is.
Pack bench
The station app on the bench PC: scan, film, print and ship in one place. The label will not print until the order is complete.
Goods-in diary
Deliveries booked before they arrive, expected on a date, and chased when they do not turn up. The floor plans around it and you can see it.
What you see
Your side of the same system.
Live dashboard
Stock, orders and returns as they move. The same screen the warehouse works from, not a weekly export tidied up for the client.
Charges as they happen
Every billable action is itemised by the system at the moment it occurs. You can look at the running total today rather than reading about it in three weeks.
Reporting
What shipped, what came back, what it cost. Reporting built from the work itself rather than assembled afterwards from exports.
Evidence links
Send the proof straight to your customer. A link to the packing or inspection video, with the item scans listed beside it.
Talk to the floor
Messages reach the people actually handling your stock, with the order, product or SKU attached by search, so there is nothing to explain.
Changed when you ask
Why it keeps changing as your account needs.
Built in-house
The warehouse system is written by our own software team, in this warehouse, on real stock. We ran on somebody else's for years — that is why we wrote our own.
Improved every week
Fixed where it breaks, not where a vendor's roadmap says. Most weeks something changes because somebody on the floor or a client asked for it.
Ask for a feature
If your account needs the warehouse to do something it does not do yet, that is a conversation rather than a refusal. It is our software.
Easier to show you than describe.
We will walk you through the live screens on a call, including the ones with your competitors’ names blurred out.
