Your first 3PL

We will tell you if you are not ready yet.

Plenty of brands should keep packing their own orders for another year. Working out which one you are is worth more to you than a quote, so that is the conversation we would rather have first.

The three nobody answers straight
01

Am I big enough?

Every fulfilment website implies you are. Few will tell you otherwise, because the honest answer sometimes costs them a client.

02

What will it actually cost?

A rate card is not a bill. Until you have seen your own orders priced, you are guessing — and the guess is usually wrong in the same direction.

03

What if it does not work?

Twelve-month terms and exit charges turn a trial into a commitment. The cost of being wrong is the thing actually stopping you.

Ready, or not

There is no minimum. That is not the same as yes.

We do not set a minimum order count or a minimum monthly charge. Whether it makes sense is a question about your products, your volume and how much of your week packing currently eats — so tell us what you ship and we will give you a straight answer.

We measure our own floor per item and per person. If you want to know whether handing it over is worth it, that is the number to hold your own bench against — so ask us for ours.

Sometimes the answer is not yet. If you are better off packing for another season, we would rather say so and help you set your own bench up the way ours runs.

The cost

Four weeks of your real orders, itemised.

Every billable action is priced against your rate card at the moment it happens — each pick, pack, return, label and storage charge, with the quantity and the rate that produced it.

You watch the running total build during the month rather than meeting it afterwards. Nothing lands on the invoice that was not already on your screen, and carrier costs are passed through as charged.

Which means a four-week trial does not give you an estimate. It gives you four weeks of real numbers to model from.

If it does not work

Nothing here is designed to keep you.

01

No minimum term

Month to month from the first week.

02

30 days' notice

Either side, for any reason or none.

03

No exit charge

Leaving costs what staying costs: nothing extra.

04

Your data leaves too

Stock, history and records export and go with you.

What we would rather say up front

Outsourcing is not cheaper than packing orders yourself, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling. At your own kitchen table the labour is free because it is yours. What you are actually buying is your week back, and somebody else's systems around your stock. If your orders still fit comfortably around the rest of your job, keep them — the right moment is usually when packing starts crowding out the work that grows the brand.

Tell us what you ship.

Your products, roughly what goes out in a week, and what happens now. We will tell you honestly whether this is worth doing yet.
